Dear Colleagues,
You are invited to the Fourth Edition of the International Conference „Plant Productivity and Food Safety: Microbiology, Soil science, Food quality and Agricultural genetics” which will be held from Thursday 26th to Friday 27th September 2024.
This free event aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and scientific experiences related to maintaining a microbiome favorable to plant development and sustainable soil use. This is crucial for increasing plant tolerance against abiotic and biotic stress conditions and sustaining high productivity. During the two-day conference renowned international experts and speakers will deliver lectures on various topics, including the plant microbiome, agricultural and urban soils, plant metabolism, and global salinity issues/problems. This conference is an opportunity for short discussions with academics and for presenting research findings in poster session.
The conference will take place at the Faculty of Biological and Veterinary Sciences and Faculty of Earth Sciences and Spatial Management, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń with virtual participation available via Microsoft Teams.
